The Camden Haven has many hidden treasures and this property is located high on the Dunbogan headland to take full advantage of the magnificent location.  Quiet and secluded, you are surrounded from all directions with beaches, lakes, the Pacific Ocean and the Kattang Nature Reserve. 

The region has been recognised for many years as having the best climate in Australia.  Camden Haven boasts excellent fishing, great locations for water skiing and has a bar protected by breakwalls for those wanting a deep sea adventure.

To the east of Illalangi is the Kattang Nature Reserve with walking trails and many fishing spots on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. To the north is Pilot and Wash House beaches, which are 300m from the house.  Pilot beach is protected by a breakwall and is an excellent spot for children.  Wash House beach has the surf and further along the beach are rockpools and a ship wreck which is popular for diving and snorkeling. To the west is Gogleys Lagoon with the waterfront 200m from the house and it is ideal for fishing and taking in the view of Big Brother mountain. To the south is Dunbogan and South beach which is 500m from the house.  Beach fishing, surfing and 4WD right down to Diamond Head are just a few suggestions to enjoy South beach.

Staying at Illalangi you are right in amongst nature’s best at a prime location on the mid north coast of NSW. If the surf is not ideal, relax in your own salt water heated pool alongside the cabana and outdoor entertaining area. The pool temperature is comfortably heated 9 months of the year.   

This four bedroom home (3 rooms with queen beds and the fourth has two bunks - four single beds) sleeps ten, separate study for privacy, two and a half bathrooms, triple internal auto-garage and separate rear access driveway for boat/trailer. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and the main bedroom has a walk in robe and an ensuite.
